3RD PRINT RUN:

In December 2008, the book was delivered and sold to corporate companies in Hong Kong, China, USA, Australia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Philippines, Italy and Macau. Many used it as a VIP Christmas and Chinese New Year gift.

DHL which helped with very low rates for all the local corporate companies who bought the book and sent it to China and Macau.
